BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — The Ada County Highway District has announced plans that will impact commuters along Ustick Rd. for the next several weeks.
Beginning next week Ustick Rd. will have lane restrictions between Ten Mile and Eagle Rd. as crews install underground fiber optic lines. ACHD says crews will be working around the clock in an effort to minimize the amount of time commuters are impacted.
That project is expected to wrap up by June 24, according to ACHD, though that won't be the end of construction delays in that part of the Treasure Valley. Immediately following completion of that project, crews will move down Ustick Rd. between Eagle Rd. and Cloverdale.
