Here is a complete list of all the Main Missions and Side Quests you can do in Pikmin 4.
If you’ve played the previous Pikmin titles, then you’d know about Olimar’s poor luck in crashing his ship. It’s the same in Pikmin 4, only this time, you, the player, must rescue Olimar as he finds himself stranded on planet PNF-404. But he’s not the only one who needs saving!
As Olimar sends out a distress signal, Captain Shepherd and his rescue team rush to Olimar’s aid. However, they, too, are met with the same luck and end up crashing their ship. As the Rescue Corps’ last hope, you are sent to planet PNF-404 to rescue all the castaways stranded on the foreign planet.

However, you soon discover they’ve been infected with a disease that turns people into Leaflings. Now, you must collaborate with the tiny Pikmin population and Shepherd’s rescue pup, Oatchi, to save everyone.

All Side Quests in Pikmin 4
The castaways you rescue will ask for your assistance and reward you handsomely for it. Although not essential to the main story, the side quests in Pikmin 4 are a great way of earning Raw Materials that you can use to upgrade your tools and equipment.
