Danielle Matlby is one of the most popular contestants from The Bachelor franchise. She first appeared on Nick Viall's season in 2017. She then appeared on Bachelor In Paradise twice. Last week, Maltby shared some highlights of her July on Instagram. In them, she is seen on a boat, spending time with friends, and spending time with her cat. Matlby talked about embracing her femininity in the caption of this hiking video on her Instagram. "Celebrating my female friendships. Currently leaning into my femininity: Things that make me feel soft. Things that make me feel beautiful. Things that make me create. Feel comfort, Reexamining things that inspire and ignite me⦠Exploring new places of refuge and safety within and around me. Things that make me wonder. And places that ground me."
As you can tell from the previous post, Maltby likes to hike to stay fit. Harvard Health reports that hiking has a lot of benefits. "Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills."
Maltby likes to swim to stay in shape. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself jumping into the water from rocks. Maltby captioned the post, "'The ocean does not apologize for the space that it takes up. It does not make excuses for the depths that most people cannot handle. It cannot help but drown those who are not ready to submerge beneath its fathomless waves. Let this too be a lesson to us that we may expand as far as we need, to not apologize for the way the others are not ready to submerge into our waters. For those who might tell us to come back to shore, when we've alwavs known we were made shaped, created for deep waters.' β @arielleestoria."
Maltby is an environmentalist. She talked about the importance of taking care of the planet in this Instagram post. "Can we just be good to it every day? π This planet won't last forever. If everyone made one small change in their lifestyle, we could help sustain the planet and life on it. 1) Buy and use a reusable water bottle 2) Eat one plant based meal a week 3) Stop buying single use cleaning products 4) Shop clothing that's sustainably made or thrift shop! Do a clothing swap with your friends! 5) Recycle β»οΈ obviously. Pick one and encourage your friends and family to pick one too π"
